Finally, she writes!

How embarassing! It has been a while, hasn't it?! And there are people out there who probably check this thing faithfully with no reward of a new post... until today!
Well, there have been many changes in the last little while. Joseph and I have both moved... to different locations. See, shortly after my company from Switzerland left, I had the Invasion of the Stinky Mouse, or the dead-rotting-in-my-closet mouse and previously (lest we forget) the mouse-running-under-my-pillow-while-my-head-was-on-the-pillow fiasco. So, naturally, I could not sleep there, so I ended up staying at Joe's parents place. While all this was going on, we were looking around at motels for my parents to stay at when they came for the wedding. The last place we checked out was the Sunny King in Cornwall (for those of you familiar with the area) after talking with the owner about prices and such he asked us if we would like to work for him ie. living at the motel and taking calls, booking rooms, etc. cause he was gettting 'good vibes' from us... narrly dude! He's really a nice guy though! Now you are all thinking... living at a motel? how seedy! And moments before I thought the same thing! Because there are many 'winter rental' units at this place and I had just finished saying to Joseph... can you imagine living at a motel, you must be hard up to come to this! Little did I know, by the middle of the next week we'd be moving in!!! I think our God is the God of practical jokes cause He played one on me that day! The apartment is actually really nice and looks nothing like what you think it would, being a motel unit and ours is 2 units put together, so we have 2 bedrms, 1 1\2 bath, kitchen could have some more cupboard space but it has a dishwasher so I'm not complaining!!!. So Joseph has moved out of his parents place into the new place since he's the one who will do the job most of the time and I took over his old bedroom. The arrangement is working out well so far although, I do feel a little disjointed.
Hard to believe it's only a short while left to the wedding... I'm not counting days yet but someone at work mentioned yesterday that I was getting married next month and I couldn't believe it! Even though it's the beginning of this month and the wedding is the end of next month. Things are going well in that department, starting to work out the finer details... which reminds me I need to book the hair appointments today!
I should get going!
Tootles!
